Acceptable Use Policy — Listing Studio

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using Listing Studio. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the service, you agree to follow these rules.

1.General principle

You may use Listing Studio only for lawful purposes, in a professional manner, and in a way that does not harm us, other users, or any third party. You are fully responsible for the content you submit, generate and publish.

2.You must not use Listing Studio to:

Market or advertise any property for which you do not hold a valid mandate, authorisation or the legal right to do so;
Upload, generate or publish content that is false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive, including inaccurate property information or prices;
Infringe any intellectual property right, including using images, logos, music or branding you are not entitled to use;
Process the personal information of any person without a lawful basis or required consent under POPIA;
Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, obscene, or that incites harm;
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any agency, brand or individual;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems;
Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or circumvent security, usage or rate limits;
Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, sublicense or create competing products from the service or its outputs;
Use automated means to extract data from the service except as expressly permitted;
Use the service in any way that breaches South African law or the rules of any regulator, including the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

3.Responsible use of AI outputs

Review before you publish AI-generated captions, images and videos may contain errors or misrepresentations. You must review and verify all AI outputs, and correct anything inaccurate, before publishing or distributing them. You remain solely responsible for all content you publish.

4.Third-party platforms

When you post content to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube, you must comply with each platform's own terms and community guidelines. Listing Studio is not responsible for content once it is published on third-party platforms.

5.Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you have breached this policy, we may take action including issuing a warning, removing content, suspending features, or suspending or terminating your account — with or without notice, depending on the severity. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

6.Reporting misuse

If you become aware of any misuse of Listing Studio, please report it to hello@listingstudio.co.za.
